One of my favorite NES games when I was a kid was Bionic Commando. This was due mostly to the fact that you used a cybernetic-extending-grappling arm to fight Nazis. I still don't understand why that idea hasn't been fleshed out and utilized more in the 20 some odd years since the game first came out.

You would use said arm to swing from rooftops and ledges, and it was so much fun. You could even forgo shooting people with your gun and opt for the more demented option of ramming your arm into them until they fell off a ledge.
However, the best part of the game was the fact that the final boss was Robo-Hitler. In fact, I just read that in Japan the game was even called "Top Secret: The Resurrection of Hitler"

They are now remaking the game and I want to go on record and say that even though it looks pretty cool on the surface, if Robo-Hitler dones't make an appearance, then the game is a failure... and they just wasted their time making it.
I would be so much more excited if the announcement said "Top Secret: The Resurrection of Hitler 2 Coming Soon to the XBOX 360"
